La m\u00e9thode Pilates adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la femme enceinte et post natal \u00e9volue en fonction des trimestres et du ressenti de chacune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le centre du corps est au c\u0153ur des modifications&nbsp;: le centre de gravit\u00e9 se d\u00e9place, le bassin s\u2019\u00e9largit et son angle change, la courbure lombaire s\u2019accentue, la sangle abdominale se rel\u00e2che pour accueillir et laisser de la place au f\u0153tus, le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e se d\u00e9tend, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux principes de la m\u00e9thode, le travail du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e en pr\u00e9 et post natal est int\u00e9ressant pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019accouchement et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration en post accouchement. Le caisson est renforc\u00e9 en douceur. Le transverse conserve une certaine tonicit\u00e9 ce qui aider \u00e0 soutenir le poids du futur b\u00e9b\u00e9. Parall\u00e8lement, la rechercher du maintien des courbures de base associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des exercices de mobilit\u00e9 soulage et\/ou \u00e9vite les douleurs du bas du dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode apport la d\u00e9tente et la relaxation.
